A “Major” welcome to CEU

This is Colby Majors, your CEU student body president. My council and I love to welcome you here, and hope you have a great year. I am glad you made the decision to join the College of Eastern Utah; you have made one of the best decisions of your life, trust me. This year will be a fabulous one; full of activities, fun and involvement. You will have the opportunity to meet a lot of new people, as well as making lifetime friends. We have a great team on AS-CEU Leadership this year; people that will meet your needs as student body representatives.

Our goals this year are: to make CEU a better place for you, to make you feel comfortable while attending college, let you know that there are many things that can be changed, and do our best (allowing time) to improve things that can be changed.
Being positive can help us overcome any challenge we are faced. At the College of Eastern Utah, we are team, and must stick together in all we do. If you know people that do not like to get involved, be their friend, help them know that you are there and you can help them overcome any challenge.
Always have a good attitude and know that you can do best in anything. We are pleased to be your voices when problems arise, and want you to know that you can come to us for anything. CEU is where we belong, it is where you belong. As AS-CEU, we are grateful to have you be a part of CEU, and as AS-CEU, we hope that you have success this year, and years to come.
