Flying for nanos

CEU’s engineering department sponsored an aluminum can airplane contest on a windy April 10. Over 60 students from area high schools participated in the event which allowed students three officially timed fights with the better of the three standing as the entrant’s official time. The winner received a 8GB iPod Nano, second place 4GB Nano and third place 1 GB Nano. First place went to Trenton Oakeson and Roger Boyer; second, Austin Gillin and Brittany Hansen; third Amanda Maxfied and Natalee Sorenson.
