In memory of Lea Ruth Madsen
An Emery High graduate and a USU Eastern student passed away on Jan. 6.
Born on March 19, 1987, 25-year-old Lea Ruth Madsen was raised in Orangeville for most of her life. She was the daughter of Lee and Kathleen Madsen.
She was attending USU Eastern in Fall 2012 and was close to graduating with an emphasis on general studies.

Born on March 19, 1987, 25-year-old Lea Ruth Madsen was raised in Orangeville for most of her life. She was the daughter of Lee and Kathleen Madsen.
She was attending USU Eastern in Fall 2012 and was close to graduating with an emphasis on general studies.
According to her obituary, Madsen had 11 nieces and nephews who were a large part of her life. She loved to look for arrowheads and rocks on the outings she attended with her family. Madsen had a quick wit and loved to go camping. She enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family.
The funeral was held Jan. 10 and the interment was at the Orangeville City Cemetery.
