Women’s Basketball at USU Eastern has had a rough road since entering conference play. They’ve gone 0-3 for the last three weeks. On Jan. 21, they played College of Southern Idaho, losing the game 59-80.
Two days later, they would move on to play North Idaho College, taking another loss 44-83.
The women went to play Colorado Northwestern Community College, but their best efforts would not win the game. The Lady Eagles lost 61-72, with Barbara Contreras as the top scorer with 18 points. She also picked up nine rebounds. Eastern women’s basketball team will be at home on Feb. 11 when they play CSI and on Feb. 13 when they play NIC.
