Meet “The Eagle” spring 2026 staff

Landrie Anderson

I write stories rooted in USU Eastern and the surrounding community, both on and off campus, covering events, student life, and the small moments that make college feel real. I try to inform with care, stay unbiased, and make education feel accessible and human. As an ambassador for USU and a future educator, I’m deeply connected to the institution I write for and the community around it. When I’m not writing, I’m probably drinking coffee, flipping through records, or taking polaroids. Beyond writing, those are some of my favorite habits that keep me grounded and remind me to find meaning in the everyday.

Hi, I’m Jen Cefalo! I am a junior transfer student from Snow College and am currently an English Major. I enjoy watching sports, reading, and doing photography. My current favorite book is North is the Night by Emily Rath.

Hi, I am Tabitha! I love to rollerskate, read, play games, watch movies, and make playlists! I also value and love to spend time with friends and family. I work as a CNA, however I am still navigating what I would like to do for my career!

Molli Hepworth is a senior at Utah State University studying Journalism and History. She enjoys painting, learning about history, and spending a little too much time on YouTube. She’s excited to be writing for The Eagle this semester.

Gary Warner

Gary Warner is a young college student currently pursuing his communications degree. When he is trying not to fail his classes, he spends most of his time engaging with various forms of media and taking time to walk and get some exercise. He loves a good drama and never fails to get upset when someone does something obviously wrong in a movie.
