CEU cosmetology students Chelsi Humphery and Charli Sweet style Amy Riley’s hair. Students spent Monday and Tuesday getting classmates of the Castle Valley Center ready for their annual Valentine’s dance. They cut and styled 30 student’s hair for the annual event and did makeup and nails for them as well.
