Matheson visits ceu

Congressman Jim Matheson was on campus recently during his re-election campaign urging students to vote. He spent his lunch hour speaking to members of the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce. He says he enjoys campaigning every two years because it keeps him in touch with his constituents. At a fund raising barbecue later on that day, former CEU board of trustee member Richard Lee, discusses politics with Matheson at the Southeastern Utah Government Building in Price. On the CEU level, state Representative Brad King and County Commissioner Steve Burge are running for re-election uncontested. Elections are slated for Tuesday, November 7.
