When you can’t make it into the library for a book, the library has thousands of electronic books via two academic library services, NetLibrary and ebrary. Both of these services are available from the library homepage at library.ceu.edu/. E-brary is accessible only on campus, while NetLibrary is available off campus with a previously established account.
Questions on how to access several subscription databases such as EBSCOhost from off campus, can be easily answered by two new links on the library homepage. Users may move the cursor over a multi-media presentation for directed audio instructions, or if you prefer to do your own reading, there is a link on the library homepage with step by step instructions for remote access to the databases. Please note that the CEU Library closes for the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, Nov 22 – Monday, Nov 26. Remote access to several subscription databases and electronic books may be a great help if you plan to work on research papers over the holiday break.
For further information on these or any other questions related to library resources please drop by the CEU Library or call us at 613-5328.
