Active Re-Entry, voting important to SUN Center

I am a huge super hero fan. I love them and wish I was one. I think it would be really cool to be able to make a difference in such a powerful way.
Many of us grew up with Batman, Superman, the Green Lantern and the X-Men. Sometimes the simplest things can be what are the most telling about a person.

I am a huge super hero fan. I love them and wish I was one. I think it would be really cool to be able to make a difference in such a powerful way.
Many of us grew up with Batman, Superman, the Green Lantern and the X-Men. Sometimes the simplest things can be what are the most telling about a person.
Janalee Keller was born and raised here in Price, Utah. The youngest of six children, she claims that she was never spoiled as a child. She enjoys photography, dancing and singing, and watching a rousing game of soccer, especially if David Beckham is playing. She is a huge country music fan, especially Martina McBride. She is working on her general education requirements at CEU and is looking to go into a career in the health field.
Keller got involved in the SUN Center this semester because she enjoys helping others. As the leader in charge of Active Re-Entry, she works to help those who are physically handicapped be rehabilitated, and also to accommodate their homes to meet their specific needs.
She acted surprised when asked her who her favorite superhero was … . A Batman fan, Keller believes in herself and is strong-willed. She also has a “git-r-done” attitude, and will overcome any obstacle in order to make sure that all is right in the world.
Andrew Hardman is also the youngest in his family, but made no statement regarding whether he was spoiled as a kid. He enjoys soccer as well, and plays racquetball rather badly. He is artistic and enjoys pottery.
His pet peeve is when people do not exercise their right to vote. He states “You’re American! The Founding Fathers gave the power in our government to the people. Own It! Empower Your Life!”
Hardman is a die-hard Spiderman fan, and it shows through in his personality. He has a strong sense of responsibility, and is dedicated to his cause. He became involved in the SUN Center because he saw a need to help others to register to vote, so he stepped up.
You can learn a lot about a person, just asking “Who is your favorite superhero?” Give it a try sometime. It is a great way to learn about what a girl or guy wants, who they are, and what their hopes and dreams are.
If anyone is interested in registering to vote, or working with Active Re-Entry, contact the SUN Center in the JLSC on the second floor, right next to academic advising, or call 435-613-5624.
