Brooks added, the Quilted Bear from Provo donated $1,000 worth or merchandise that will be sold at the fair.
Blaine Atwood, CEU pottery instructor, is donating one of his hand-thrown pots, to be sold at the fair. His students will display their pottery for sale during the two-day event. “It’s a great way to showcase their talent plus earn them some holiday money,” he said.
CEU’s classified staff association is sponsoring the event with many area crafters and bakers invited to sell their wares at one of the many booths.
“We would like to make this an annual event to help raise funds for the scholarship office,” Brooks said.
The fair is open Friday, November 19 from 11a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday, November 20 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
