According to Tomorrow’s Technician magazine, 130 schools were nominated and 20 were selected as the top schools of the year in the United States. From the 20, the top three plus a winner will be announced in April.
Martineau said CEU’s program is judged on teacher/student ratio, graduation percentage, community service, special projects, scholarships for underprivileged students, job placement percentage, types of programs offered, number of instructors and which ASE certifications they hold plus any recognitions they have received.
Tomorrow’s Technician personnel wrote that a top school from the Northwest, Southeast, Southwest and Northeast will be named in addition to the Automotive School of the Year.
