Student art show is final exhibit in Gallery East, April 5 – 29
Members of the College of Eastern Utah’s Art Department are pleased to announce the Annual Juried Student Art Show, held from April 5 -29 at Gallery East located in the Old SAC Building.
The art show is open to all CEU students and includes all art forms and media. Work had to be submitted to the art faculty by March 30. Gallery Director, Noel Carmack, says that he expects the entries in this year’s show to be as impressive as in previous years.

“We have some talented students at CEU and I am looking forward to seeing what we get submitted. I have already seen my own students’ work and expect to see some strong pieces from all art disciplines in this show.”
Artwork in past CEU student art shows have included a variety of media, including oil painting, drawing, graphic arts, printmaking, photography and ceramics. The work will be juried by CEU art department faculty and awards will be given out for the most deserving entries.
A reception and awards ceremony will be held on April 16 from 7 -9 p.m. Students, family and interested public are welcome to attend. The gallery is free and open to the public during the academic year
