The USU-College of Eastern Utah Art Department is displaying the seventh annual High School Art Competition at Gallery East on the Price campus. The competition is a venue for high-school-age students in Utah to create and exhibit artwork that is judged against their peers. Gallery East is open Monday through Thursday.
