USUE Peer Mentors host a Halloween 5k fun run

Come join the USU Eastern Peer Mentors for a Halloween Fun Run 5k on the Oct. 28. The run begins at 11am, and participants are encouraged to arrive at least ten minutes early. This event is a fundraiser for the Price City Fire Department, in an effort to raise money for new equipment that will help first responders to quickly navigate and find people who are in need during a fire. Representatives of the Fire Department will be in attendance at this event.
Students, community members, and families are invited to attend and participate in the fun run. Participants are welcome to go at a pace that is comfortable to them, and are encouraged to wear a Halloween costume. Prizes will be given to the best costume as well as first, second and third place winners. The start and end point will be located at the Castle View Soccer Field across the street from the McDonald Career Center. Three water stations will be located throughout the course for your convenience. Be on the lookout for flyers and emails with the sign up information.
