Nighthawk Review now accepting submissions for spring edition

It’s that time of year again. The Nighthawk Review is now accepting submissions for the Spring 2004 edition. The magazine, now in its 14th year, is a great opportunity for writers of all levels to share their work with peers – and get published at the same time.

It’s that time of year again. The Nighthawk Review is now accepting submissions for the Spring 2004 edition. The magazine, now in its 14th year, is a great opportunity for writers of all levels to share their work with peers – and get published at the same time.
Advisor Nancy Tackas cites the involvement that the editors have with the reading and selection of works to be published as beneficial because, “Being part of an editorial process is fun as students meet others who love good writing, get to talk about what they love, and eventually help their own writing with skills they acquire from searching for the best work submitted.
This year’s editors, Bonnie Wiggins and Megan Thomas, (both accomplished writers,) look forward to working on the project. Past writers who have been published in the Nighthawk Review have gone on to earn MFA’s in writing, additional publications of poems and short stories, while others have become active voices in the arts community around Utah.
