To me a vision is nothing without action, which is what I plan on doing, putting my visions along with each of yours into action. I would love to tell you that I am going to change the world, but I do not believe in making promises that I can not keep. I am simply going to tell you that if elected I will give it my all to make CEU a better place, a place to remember.
Joseph Whitehead
My promise is to give all I can to make your CEU experience the best. I love CEU for the activities that are always going on. I hope to help more students be involved and see how much fun college life can be. I have always been a social, people person. I feel that I can bring loads of excitement to CEU students and staff. I’m the type that when I start something, I finish it.
Vice President of Academics
Lisa Barnum
In order to make next year a success, we need to ask ourselves what made this year a success. Changes are going to come and we need to continue with the achievements that have occurred this year but to exceed that and rise above the standard that has been set. I truly believe that CEU has a potential to go beyond what is expected of us and make a significant difference to those students that are here and those to come.
Devin Keller
My visions for CEU are simple-make it a place where students can come and receive an excellent education and have as much fun as possible; in the end becoming well rounded students ready for the workplace or universities. I intend to do to this by taking advice from previous representatives and continuing the progress of change currently taking place. If elected, I am going to work with students, faculty and other CEU representatives to get the recognition CEU deserves.
Vice President of Activities
RiKelle Deaton
I am not a believer in the phrase “there is nothing to do here.” In the next year I would like to give people even more reason to be as unbelieving as I am in that phrase. I would like to work with the Inter Club Council and get more people involved in the many activities we offer. I would like to offer more reasons for the students to stay in town on the weekends. I know it will take a lot of hard work, but in the end, it will be a blast!
V.P. Inter Club Council
Pat Thayn
CEU is an awesome place to get started with college. I think a lot of the students that come here do not realize this. My goal for next year is to show them how sweet Price is. One of my goals for the clubs is to get everyone on campus involved. There is a club for everyone, and if not then we will make one for you. Next year I do not what to hear people saying, “there is not anything to do here in Price.” My main goal is to make next year’s student’s lives awesome and CEU a better place for everyone.

ASCEU would like to thank all of those who applied and hope that everyone remembers to try out for an appointed position in April. Do not forget to vote!
