Letter to the editor
Dear editor:
Dining Services welcomes all comments and suggestions. We do have an open door policy; anyone who has a special or favorite recipe they would like to see offered we would be happy to add it to the menu, provided it is cost effective. There is also a suggestion box located in the Dining Room Cafeteria; everyone is encouraged to give us your feedback. We will gladly answer each request personally, if they include their name and a way to contact them.

Dining Services tries to meet the special dietary needs of all students, faculty and staff on campus. We offer a variety of meals trying to maintain inventory and food costs. We serve beans and rice with corn chips to meet the needs of the gluten free diet, salad bar with over 12 varieties of fruits and vegetables to meet the vegetarian diet. We try to meet all the needs of those who eat in the cafeteria on a daily basis.
We are currently working with US Foods to do our annual food show in the cafeteria, it will be in November, date isn’t set yet. If there are any food items you would like to see offered, let me know, I can request them for the food show.
Please feel free to email any suggestions to me at [email protected] or call my office 435-613-5767.
We try to make each dining experience a positive one. -Becky Archibald
