Service-Learning Scholarship Applications almost due

The Service-Learning Scholars program gives recognition to students who have been involved in the Service-Learning program. If a student completes six-credit hours of service-learning classes and completes 200 hours of service while attending CEU, he/she can graduate with a Service-Learning Scholars Recognition.
The student will receive blue honor cords to wear at graduation and a certificate of completion. These are the only cords given at graduation other than honor cords. This honor is transferable to all four-year schools in the state of Utah and is an impressive addition to resumes and applications.
Applications can be picked up in the SUN Center on the second floor of the Jennifer Leavitt Student Center and must be returned no later than March 31 by 5 p.m. If you have any questions regarding the Service-Learning Scholars program please contact the SUN Center at 613-5624.
